The Westchester Lakes Homeowners Association is a nonstock, non-profit organization established to serve as the Association of Owners of the Subdivision of Westchester Lakes subject to the terms and conditions of the Bylaws, Declaration of Restrictions and Water Trust. Through its membership, officials are elected annually to manage and maintain the common areas, water trust and to uphold and enforce the high level of aesthetic standards through the Architectural Control Board.
